The article describes the functions, capabilities and prospects for the use of chatbots in HR. The purpose of the article is the description of the existing practice of using chat bots to automate the personnel management processes of companies, as well as an analysis of the prospects for the development of this tool in the future. As part of this study, general theoretical methods were used to process and systematize large amounts of information, such as content analysis, compilation and structuring of information. The use of these methods allowed us to analyze the practice of using chat bots in Russian and foreign companies and to formulate the main areas of application of this tool in the work of HR services at the current stage, which is the main result of this work.
