This article is devoted to a human resource management problem in network hotels and contains the analysis of work of a number network hotels of Kazan city. During the research authors come to a conclusion that the hotel enterprises of Kazan should draw close attention to experience of foreign network hotels, having adapted it to the Russian realities and also to increase the quality of the rendered service through trainings and the modern system of personnel motivation.
