ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to analysis of the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility as one of the major functions of the Organization in a modern context. The analysis of the various points of view on the design, implementation and use of social package in the activities of the organization. This process is sponsored by structured are semantic units, from defining the goals and objectives of phase to assess the effectiveness of the use of the social package. The author’s approach is comprehensive and complete accounting of all components. In addition, the authors stress the need to involve a wide range of staff for critical analysis and practical justification constituting a social package organization.
