Outsourcing in personnel management is becoming an important tool for modern companies seeking to optimize their resources and increase operational efficiency. It allows outsourcing individual functions, such as recruitment, training, and staff development, which makes it possible to focus on the strategic objectives of the business. This paper examines the key aspects, pros and cons of outsourcing in human resources management. The advantages include cost reduction, increased flexibility, and improved quality of human resources services. However, along with this, there are a number of risks, such as loss of control over processes, dependence on external performers, and possible problems with maintaining the corporate culture. Methods of selecting suitable contractors and the importance of quality control of the services provided are also discussed. As a result, outsourcing can become an effective tool for organizations, but its successful implementation requires careful planning, monitoring, and a strategic approach to choosing partners.
