UDK 338.23 Особые области экономической политики
The study of the economic feasibility of attracting contracting organisations to perform public contracts for construction works is a relevant area. This study analyses domestic and foreign literature devoted to the issues of support for small enterprises in the public procurement market and measures that stimulate competition for public contracts. Based on open data, an up-to-date database was formed, which reflects the current situation of construction companies in the public contracting market. The results of the data analysis are given in the text of the article. The information obtained became a ground for discussion of the current impact of public contracts on construction companies and helped to formulate topical issues and theses that will help to further increase the transparency and efficiency of the public procurement tool for construction suppliers.
