The article gives the concept of the digital economy and defines the role of the National Spatial Data System (USPS) in the regulation of land and property relations, land management. The issue of methodological substantiation of the cre-ation and information support of the NSPD is considered, the composition of the work on the development of the methodology for the creation of the NSPD and their content is determined, the problems of creation and functioning are investi-gated, the results of the use of the NSPD in the field of regulation of land and property relations and land management are shown, the prospects for the develop-ment of the NSPD are determined. The relevance of the research topic lies in the significant role of the National Spatial Data System in improving the effectiveness of land and property relations regulation and land management.
