METHODOLOGY OF USING AI BASED ON CHAT GPT AS AN ELEMENT OF HOTEL COMPLEX AUTOMATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract (English):
A hotel complex is a multifunctional system that includes guest accommodation facilities, various objects aimed at satisfying their needs (restaurants, conference halls, health and sports centers, retail space and other services), information systems, etc. The most important element of effective hotel complex management is its automation. The structure of a modern hotel complex is characterized by a high level of complexity, while current market trends determine its further complication. This situation requires the use of integrated technological solutions for more effective process coordination and improved interaction with customers. Traditional hotel complex automation tools include hotel management systems (PMS), access control and security systems, POS systems, utility network management systems. At the same time, artificial intelligence is recognized as the most advanced and promising automation tool. The object of this study is the automation processes of management in a hotel complex. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for using artificial intelligence based on ChatGPT to optimize management and service processes in a hotel complex. Research methods: analytical method, synthetic method, deductive method, modeling. Scientific novelty of the study: systematization of the capabilities of artificial intelligence in relation to the management of automation of a hotel complex, development of a methodology for integrating ChatGPT into the hotel complex management system.
