Abstract (English):
The article deals with the peculiarities of artistic and aesthetic development of pupils BY means of visual arts. The author concludes that today, in accordance with the requirements of the time, it is necessary to pay considerable attention to this type of work with children. To this conclusion of the author the results of experimental work consisting of two stages - stating and control. As a result of constant experiment it was defined that more than half of children showed interest to the investigated works of painting, but not all could describe in detail works of art and comprehensively Express the relation to them. In this regard, at the stage of forming experiment methods of work with the use of paintings were developed and tested, forms of the organization of artistic and aesthetic activity realized by means of conversations-dialogues were allocated, the personal-oriented pedagogical methods directed on manifestation of emotional activity of the child were defined, and also the esthetic emo-tiogenic spatially-subject environment was created. The study confirmed the necessity of organizing the work on the artistic and aesthetic development of preschool children by means of visual arts, as such work not only expands the artistic Outlook of children and improves their aesthetic taste, but also develops imagination, improves speech skills, and contributes to the socialization of pupils in society.
