Abstract (English):
The article distillates intercoupling and problems of the strategic management in companies and strategic personnel management in Russian practice, it stands out the particularities of the operating the efficient systems of the strategic personnel management on Russian enterprises. Practical aspects of personnel strategic management are considered in row of the Russian companies, and directions of its development with provision for possibilities of the use the foreign experience in this sphere are motivated.
