The article considers various approaches to definition of the concept of the managerial work organization, the main aspects and distinctive features of the organization of personal work in the context of managerial work. Also it describes the process of workstandard setting, highlighting the priority factors and describing the methodthe photograph of the working dayfacilitating the implementation of the standardization process.
