Abstract (English):
Now, due to the introduction of certain restrictions of sanctions by the European Union in respect of the Russian Federation and the response food embargo declaration of import substitution policies, it provides an opportunity to consider the figures in processes such as activation policy formation and implementation of food security of Russia. At present an important challenge in this area is to control the activation of the policy of import substitution as the activation process of food security policies.
