In connection with the introduction of economic sanctions by the US and the European Union against the Russian Federation there was a question of import substitution, which requires stimulation and support of domestic producers in the aviation industry. To solve this problem it is necessary to formulate and begin implementation of adequate development of the aviation strategy at the state level. Aircraft components supply market is closed, because the number of participants is limited and all the suppliers of components and systems are closely connected, it is necessary to take into account the implementation of the import substitution policy in this segment. However, at present, domestic and «allied» suppliers form a new Russian domestic market consumption. Thus, the sanctions are given a chance to download orders and develop our aviation industry, guarantee the security of the country, to create tens of thousands of jobs and thereby ensure the rise of the Russian economy.
