Abstract (English):
Analysis conducted countermeasures in one of the farms of Northern Kazakhstan according to the agreement shows that without the means of specific prophylaxis of brucellosis among diagnostic methods to prevent the spread of the disease is almost impossible. In this connection, techniques developed test conducted immunization against bovine brucellosis using Brucella specific immunomodulator (BIM), in combination with the vaccine strain of B. abortus 82. It is found that the use of an immunomodulator to provoke not only the hidden (latent) forms of the infection, but and contain its spread. Moreover, by creating an immune background after applying BIM removed abortogennye vaccine properties of strain 82, which makes it safe to use pregnant animals.
