Abstract (English):
Tourism is an important component of economic activity in Canada's national parks, which are an effective economic subject in the North and has a huge impact on the social development of indigenous peoples. In contrast to the Canadian national parks main activity of Ust-Lensky Nature Reserve Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is a conservation and research. To develop a strategic management plan proposed assessment of natural resources, historical and cultural, social and economic potential of the natural reserve and the identification of long-term development factors. Market research will identify factors that influence not only on the further development of the zone of Ust-Lensky nature reserve, but also to identify weaknesses activities, thereby making it possible to develop a proper policy for further development.
