The article presents the results of landscape studies in the upper reaches of the Bolshaya Pajpudyna River, located in the «Ingilor» Nature Park (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) in the middle-mountainous part of the Polar Urals. The studies were conducted with the aim of further using this territory for recreational purposes. Since there are no published large-scale landscape maps of the mountainous areas of the permafrost zone in the Russian Arctic, the author's scheme of landscape differentiation of the territory was proposed for creating a large-scale landscape map. In accordance with this, a legend was developed and a landscape map of the site was created, which allowed for the assessment of its suitability for recreational purposes, as well as the identification of limitations and risks for various landscape units, and the justification of the location of a tourist base.
