Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This article is devoted to the consideration of thematic maps as a basis for determining the values of price-forming factors in the framework of the State Cadastral Valuation. The role of collecting the value of price-forming factors as an element of a qualitative determination of cadastral value is characterized. The article examines thematic maps of several constituent entities of the Russian Federation containing information on the price-forming factor, conducts their analytical review and comparison.
