through the disclosure of relevant information.<\/p>\n The ESG methodology in industrial parks, developed by the rating agency, is used to make effective business decisions. The methodology is focused on sustainable development in the environmental, social and economic spheres. The ESG rating is aimed at identifying the possibility of responsible business conduct, but does not determine the level of creditworthiness of the company.<\/p>\n To measure compliance with ESG requirements, rating agencies use a specific set of indicators. There is no industry-wide set of uniform standards, most often ESG ratings are based on the collection of information and the evaluation of information and verification of output data.<\/p>\n Thanks to the participation of industrial parks in the ESG ratings, an increase in the interest of residents whose activities comply with the principles of sustainable development is likely.<\/p>\n There are more than a hundred ESG agencies, in most cases these agencies determine ratings based on publicly available information.<\/p>\n Implementation of the ESG provisions in different regions takes place at different speeds. To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, the provisions of the ESG cover the adoption of regulations and support for investments that contribute to the transition to a low-carbon economy, the reorientation of private capital towards sustainable projects.<\/p>\n The regulatory environment is not sufficiently developed, therefore, priority is given to economic indicators when investing.<\/p>\n The lack of a system for regulating the disclosure of non-financial information by industrial parks, a low level of market awareness of ESG factors when making investment decisions are the key problems hindering the development of ESG investments in the economy.<\/p>\n Significant issues with ESG disclosure are data limitations and the perception that investors do not use the
