system of commercial and non-profit organizations, in particular state unitary enterprises. Based on the analysis of the management system, a set of measures is being developed aimed at improving its effectiveness through the achievement of forecast socio-economic indicators. In the conditions of economic transformation in the form of existing sanctions, cost optimization, reduction of the number of citizens, globalization, it is necessary to develop tools that allow rational use of the resources of state unitary enterprises. A number of scientists, practitioners, and experts are engaged in improving the efficiency of the management system of state unitary enterprises, which confirms the relevance of the stated topic. During the functioning of the Federal Law «On State and Municipal Unitary Enterprises» dated 14.11.2002 No. 161-FZ on the activities of these enterprises, the effectiveness of the management system was insufficiently studied by the scientific community, which led to the consideration of trends, problems of these economic entities in this article, to conduct a study. Such scientists-economists as V.K. Andreeva, T.D. Alimov, V.S. Belykh, A.A. Bogdanov, N.A. Vitke, E.Y. Gracheva, V.K. Mamotuva, D.V. Petrova, E.A. Sukhanova, V.V. Tolstosheeva, Y.S. Zimerman, etc. paid attention to this problem. In the works of these authors, organizational and economic relations in the management system of state unitary enterprises were considered, in particular, factors influencing their activities.
