One of the most important tools for implementing the strategy for managing the innovative development of the Russian agricultural sector in the regional aspect is the creation of a technology transfer department in the Komi Republic.<\/p>\n Technology transfer is the main form of innovation promotion from the development stage to commercial implementation. This concept includes various ways of turning an idea into a commercial product: the transfer of patents, the exchange of scientific developments, technical documentation, the formation of joint organizations, etc.<\/p>\n Another advantage of this form is that it involves interaction with independent organizations engaged in technology transfer. The technology transfer department will promote the integration of industry, science and agriculture through the activation of technology transfer( TT), the formation of new technological organizations, the suppression of unfair competition and the leakage of scientific information, as well as the formation of new jobs.<\/p>\n The development of technology transfer is an organic and integral part of building a national innovation system that is focused on increasing the competitiveness of the national economy and ensuring the transition to stable economic growth.<\/p>\n The Technology Transfer Department promotes the development and penetration of advanced agricultural technologies into priority sectors of agriculture in accordance with the local soil and climatic conditions of the region and agricultural specialization. Specialists of the technology transfer department can conduct an objective assessment of projects based on their prospects, and not on a subjective preference, develop new ideas and immediately transfer them to market products.<\/p>\n The structure of the agro-industrial complex, which has developed during the years of stagnation, does not fit into the market conditions.
