Summary. <\/strong>In the article, the authors considered the issues of recent changes in the system of state management of real estate. According to the authors, in order to form a digital economy, it is necessary to use digital technologies of big data, neuro-technologies, and artificial intelligence. The authors considered scientific research on the global trends of digitalization as the main source of long-term economic growth: e-commerce, artificial intelligence, Blockchain technologies and visual identity. The main result of digitalization, according to the authors, is an increase in revenue, an increase in the speed of providing services and their quality, and a decrease in resource intensity. To assess the growth rate of the digital economy in the Russian Federation, the authors conduct an analysis in this area on the basis of quantitative and qualitative indicators of foreign leading countries.<\/p>\n
