Summary.<\/strong> The article considers the assessment of the effectiveness of the organization of labor protection as a necessary element of integrated safety in construction. The author comes to the conclusion that the reduction of morbidity and injuries among employees of the construction company had a positive impact on the financial results of the organization. It was also determined that the management of any construction company should carefully approach the organization of this area of ensuring the safety of personnel, since reducing the level of injuries directly affects the market performance of the organization, its business reputation in the market, and also raises its ratings in the eyes of customers. We can recommend that companies in the construction industry conduct quarterly monitoring of compliance with the main indicators of labor protection and inform management about the results of the audit in order to take timely measures if it is necessary to correct a particular indicator.<\/p>\n
