Данная статья посвящена актуальным вопросам процесса развития территории крупных городов. Мы попытались кратко рассказать о принципах и задачах развития территорий муниципального образования. В статье мы отметили необходимость проведения комплексной оценки направлений и результатов использования территории, рассмотрели пример развития территории крупного уральского муниципального образования г. Екатеринбурга за последние годы, выявили возможности ее развития при использовании и застроенных территорий. Представили некоторые предложения и опыт москвичей по данной теме, которые можно применить к развитию данного субъекта.

This article is devoted to topical issues of the development of the territory of large cities. We tried to briefly describe the principles and objectives of the development of the territories of the municipality. In the article we noted the need for a comprehensive assessment of the directions and results of the use of the territory, considered the example of the development of the territory of the large Ural municipality of Yekaterinburg in recent years, identified the possibility of its development in the use and built-up areas. Presented some suggestions and experiences of Muscovites on the subject, which can be applied to the development of the subject.
