В статье рассматриваются вопросы рационального использования земли в условиях развития сельскохозяйственной отрасли РФ. Существующие проблемы в проведении организационно-хозяйственной, экономической и землеустроительной деятельности ставят задачи по разработке ряда мероприятий по совершенствованию организации рационального использования земельных ресурсов и вовлечению неиспользуемых земель в производственный процесс. При реализации таких мероприятий необходимо учитывать потребности всех заинтересованных сторон: народа, государства и собственника земли. Механизмом поиска баланса интересов выступает комплексное землеустройство.

The article is centred on the issues of rational use of land in conditions of the development of the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation. The existing problems in carrying out organizational, economic and land management activities pose challenges for the development of a number of measures to improve the organization of rational use of land resources and the involvement of unused land in the production process. The implementation of such measures should take into account the needs of all stakeholders: the people, the state and the owner. The mechanism for finding a balance of interests is a comprehensive land management.
