В статье рассматриваются вопросы экологизации землепользования, которые в настоящее время являются насущной проблемой. Отмечается, что неотложными задачами хозяйствования и природопользования в стране является наведение порядка в организации использования и охраны земель. Отмечено, что землеустройство в этой связи призвано мобилизовать природно-ресурсный потенциал территории, а интеграция землеустройства в систему управления земельными ресурсами, обеспечение эффективного функционирования и охраны земельной собственности является обязательным и необходимым действием.
