В статье рассматривается роль международных и региональных организаций в защите, управлении и поощрении культурного наследия. В ней также обсуждаются концепции, касающиеся культурного наследия, его значения, методы защиты и международные усилия, которые сыграли важную роль в защите культурного наследия в его различных формах. Автор провел оценку эффективности мер, принимаемых международными организациями и местными органами власти, а также определил ответственность за защиту культурного наследия в зонах конфликтов. Обосновывается необходимость создания проекта реконструкции и восстановления объектов культурного наследия для социально-экономического развития страны.

The paper examines the role of international and regional organizations play in the protection, management and promotion of cultural heritage. The paper also discusses the concepts relating to cultural heritage, its importance, methods of protection, and the international efforts that have played an important role in the protection of cultural heritage in its various types and forms. It tries to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures taken by the international organization and local authorities, Furthermore to define the responsibility to protect cultural heritage in conflict zones. It also shows the need to create fast reconstruction and restoration project of the cultural heritage sites to achieve social and economic development in the country.
