Одним из результатов изменений геополитики в мире стало наложение санкций на экономические связи с Российской Федерацией, в том числе, существенно ограничен импорт высокотехнологической продукции. В современной России, со времен распада СССР, отсутствовало производство микросхем и необходимых компонентов для аэрокосмической и военной техники, что, в сложившейся ситуации, поставило под угрозу стратегически важные для государства направления. В качестве ответных контрсанкций Россией введена программа импортозамещения, направленная на снятие зависимости от поставок импортных компонентов. Актуальность данной программы определяется стремительным развитием военной и аэрокосмической техники, и отставание, а тем более зависимость от импорта, в данном вопросе, становится угрозой национальной безопасности.

One of the results of geopolitical changes in the world was the imposition of sanctions on economic ties with the Russian Federation, including the import of high-tech products. In modern Russia, since the collapse of the USSR, there was no production of microcircuits (microchips) and necessary components for aerospace and military equipment, which, in the current situation, jeopardized the strategically important for the state direction. In response, Russia introduced an import substitution program aimed at removing dependence on imports of imported components. The urgency of this program is determined by the rapid development of military and aerospace technology, and the lag, and especially the dependence on imports, in this matter, is a threat to national security.
