Существует два основных подхода к обеспечению капитального ремонта военных вертолетов: создание центров в стране экспортере и создание центров на территории заказчика. Количество капитальных ремонтов, а следовательно и рентабельность центров, зависит от межремонтного ресурса и межремонтного срока службы. В данной работе проведен анализ затрат на создание и содержание центра по капитальному ремонту на территории заказчика. Разработана методика, позволяющая рассчитать стоимость капитального ремонта военных вертолетов в стране экспортере. Далее путем расчета точки безубыточности по экономической прибыли была проведена разработка методических рекомендаций, позволяющих найти минимальное количество вертолетов, обеспечивающих безубыточное существование центров по капитальному ремонту на территории заказчика.
