В статье раскрывается, исходя из современных требований к аттестации персонала организации: понятие аттестации и его применение в различных сферах деятельности, построены схемы, отражающие процесс проведения аттестации персонала и основные ее этапы. Проанализированы результаты исследования процедуры аттестации персонала в кредитно-финансовых организациях. Рассмотрена деятельность подразделений, проводимых аттестации персонала (квалификационные экзамены), изучены положения и методики, на основании которых проводятся процедуры аттестации. Дана оценка действующего механизма аттестации персонала, выявлены его положительные и отрицательные стороны.
