В статье при исследовании процесса аутсорсинга трудовых ресурсов предприятия предложен пакет концептуальных моделей: общей, базово-уровневой и модификационной, который в дальнейшем позволит создать прикладную систему знаний, основная цель которой предоставление нужной информации нужным людям и в нужное время. Данное моделирование является базисом для дальнейшего моделирования для создания и развития сбалансированной системы распределения трудовых ресурсов в компании. В статье аутсорсинг представлен как процесс динамический, состоящий из нескольких стадий жизненного цикла отдельных процессов, для которых требуются соответствующие рангу трудовые ресурсы.
In the article in the study of the process of outsourcing of labor resources of the enterprise a package of conceptual models is proposed: General, basic-level and modificational, which will further allow to create an applied system of knowledge, the main purpose of which is to provide the necessary information to the right people at the right time. This modeling is the basis for further modeling for the creation and development of a balanced system of distribution of labor resources in the company. The article presents outsourcing as a dynamic process consisting of several stages of the life cycle of individual processes that require the appropriate rank of human resources.
