This work represents the organizational and legal foundations of the innovation project management system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In the modern global economy, many changes are occurring in the Republic of Uzbekistan as a result of many economic reforms. Innovation projects are one of the best ways to achieve economic growth. If we pay attention to the indicators of countries around the world on the introduction of global innovative projects into the country's economy, we can witness the following situation. For example, the share of this indicator is 64,6% in Switzerland, 61,8% in the USA, 61.6% in Sweden, 59,2% in the UK, 55,3% in China, 38,1% in Turkey, 34,3% in Russia. In our country, the introduction of innovative projects into the economy has been developing rapidly over the past 10 years.
