The article describes the training of schoolchildren in ecological farming in Yakutia. Active work with the population on the topic of improving and restoring the fertility of the permafrost soils of Yakutia is carried out through school sites of agricultural schools. The work examines such issues as school plots in the region's secondary schools, educational work in agricultural schools of the Nyurba district and Zhigansk secondary school, the organization of vermi-sites for processing farm animal manure, the school plot of the Nyurbachan agricultural school, vermicompost for growing cucumbers and tomatoes in protected soil conditions, classes with schoolchildren in Malykai agricultural school, the yield of open ground tomatoes in the school plot of the Malykai agricultural school, vermicomposting tasks for the northern regions, school plot in the Verkhoyansk region. Thus, work has been carried out to expand the geography of the use of vermicomposts in the conditions of Yakutia.
