The article reveals the methodology for performing complex cadastral works, reveals the procedure for their implementation, on the basis of which the features are established. Comprehensive cadastral work in relation to land plots is carried out in accordance with the requirements of federal laws and regulations adopted in accordance with them, and the rules of business ethics. The result of the work is a detailed procedure for carrying out complex cadastral work, on the basis of which the specifics of their implementation are established: cadastral work is not carried out at the expense of the owner of the real estate property (applicant); are carried out in relation to all objects located in the territory of one cadastral quarter or the territories of several adjacent cadastral quarters; the result of the implementation is the preparation of a map-plan of the territory containing information about real estate objects necessary for cadastral registration; a prerequisite for implementation is the presence of a planning project and a land surveying project, approved in the manner established by the legislation on urban planning activities for cadastral blocks in populated areas and other cadastral blocks in respect of which complex cadastral work is expected to be carried out.
