The article is devoted to the issue of improving the planning element of the spatial system in order to form a comfortable environment on the example of the city of Tyumen. The text defines the processes of landscaping and the formation of a comfortable environment. The authors note the importance of creating and planning modernization of recreational spaces of urban systems in conditions of high population density growth of the urban environment and the system of sustainable development of transport and pedestrian communications. The article presents the results of a survey of the population of the studied area, on the basis of which the way to solve the issue of improving the comfort conditions of the environment is determined.
