В статье приведен анализ возможности рекультивации земель при строительстве объекта капитального строительства. Цель исследования состоит в том, чтобы изучить предотвращение деградации лесных земель и (или) восстановление их плодородия посредством приведения земель в состояние, пригодное для их использования. В связи с этим, приведено практическое решение на примере процесс рекультивации лесных земель при возведении объектов капитального строительства, расположенным на склоне горы.

The article provides an analysis of the possibility of land reclamation during the construction of a capital construction facility. The purpose of the study is to study the prevention of degradation of forest lands and (or) the restoration of their fertility by bringing the land into a condition suitable for their use. In this regard, a practical solution is given on the example of the process of recultivation of forest lands during the construction of capital construction facilities located on the slope of a mountain.
