The article discusses the features of cadastral registration of capital construction projects of oil fields on the example of the Tyumen region. Practical examples of the formation of a technical plan for objects located on the territory of oil fields are considered. Based on the analysis of the practice of cadastral works, two variants of the design of the layout of the real estate object on the land plot have been identified: with detailing of the objects included in the contour and without detailing. In our opinion, the first option is preferable because it allows you to make changes to the location of a single structure and keep an inventory of them within the enterprise. This issue is quite relevant for the territory of the Tyumen Region due to the large number of license areas, especially in the territories of the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs. The analysis of the regulatory and legal support of the federal and regional level on the issue under consideration allowed us to identify a number of other features of the cadastral registration of capital construction projects in oil fields, concerning the issues of the need (lack of need) to obtain a construction permit, the implementation of cadastral registration and registration of rights.
