The article is devoted to the results of the state cadastral valuation (the last round) in the Gornozavodsk administrative district in the Sverdlovsk region. It consists of 12 municipalities. According to the gradations of price zoning, the district entered zone 3, the most representative in terms of territorial coverage. Based on materials from three rounds of the state cadastral valuation 2010, 2015 and 2020 the dynamics of specific indicators of cadastral value by types of permitted use and segments was considered. The following trends have been noted. For 10 years, agricultural land has become more expensive. The relative cost "ceiling" reached the land for residential development of various heights. A rather significant (up to 40%) decrease in value was noted for lands for business and trade.
