Abstract. <\/strong>The article analyzes the problems of development and development of communication systems in project management. The author notes that IT tools play an important role in everyday work, as well as in other human activities. There are already a number of different project management support systems, ranging from applications that provide only selected functions, such as creating schedules, to complex integrated programs. In business, developing a functional and practical project management support tool is a very useful and profitable strategy.<\/p>\n

The key functions of such tools include effective project implementation followed by progress tracking, project status reports, change and risk management and, equally importantly, effective communication and information exchange between team members. Optimization of communication is especially important in multi-industry projects, whose teams consist of professionals from different fields who work to achieve a common goal, presenting different priorities at different stages of the project, for example, industrial designers may conflict in their aesthetic vision with architects, etc.<\/p>\n

In interdisciplinary teams like these, it is also important that participants have continuous access to up-to-date information, real-time tracking of deviations, as well as to a centralized repository of knowledge and project documentation, which is provided by a properly selected IT system. The main purpose of the work is to identify ways to solve the problems of development and development of communication systems in project management and to evaluate IT tools that support the management of diversified projects.<\/p>\n
