Summary. <\/strong>In the world practice, the security and protection of\nreal estate owners rights is a fundamental factor of the stable state economy.\nThis is facilitated by modern cadastral systems which fully ensure reliable,\nhigh-quality and safe work with the data about real estate objects and their\nrightholders. The formation of registers with relevant and reliable information\nis carried out within the framework of cadastral work by surveyors or cadastral\nengineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The article provides an overview of modern forms of cadastral activities\nin foreign countries. In particular, the article discusses the conditions for\nlicensing requirements for cadastral work, the requirements which are imposed\non the members of associations and professional organizations, as well as the general\ndescription of the kinds of work of the persons engaged in cadastral\nactivities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
