Были собраны и проанализированы перспективные современные методики исследования признаков переувлажнения конструкций фундаментов зданий, а также определена их эффективность и целесообразность в реальных условиях. Проведено исследование существующих процессуальных действий при проведении строительно-технических экспертиз в рамках судебного судопроизводства. Разработаны комплексы методов контроля и оценки безопасности ГТС на основе использования как количественной, так и качественной информации о состоянии сооружений. В ходе исследования признаков переувлажнения конструкций фундаментов зданий при производстве судебной строительно-технической экспертизы, одним из самых эффективных автор считает комплексный подход, а именно как подход к исследованию дефектов переувлажнения конструкций, основанный на нескольких (комплексе) методах исследования, дополняющих и улучшающих друг друга.
