В статье анализируется применение требований таможенного союза в строительной экспертизе. Современные автомагистрали являются целым комплексом сооружений, созданных для осуществления круглосуточного непрерывного пропуска транспорта с определенной средней скоростью и нагрузкой. Обеспечение необходимых характеристик автомобильных дорог должно иметь место в любое время года и не быть в зависимости от погодно-климатических условий. В статье рассмотрены особенности экспертизы объектов линейного назначения. Основным направление работы эксперта при проведении строительной экспертизы линейных объектов, к которым относятся автомобильные дороги, должны стать проверка соблюдений требований безопасности к трассе автомобильной дороги. Сюда относится проверка соблюдения. Применение указанного технического регламента в работе эксперта будет способствовать обеспечению требований безопасности при проектировании и строительстве линейных объектов. При осуществлении строительства и реконструкции линейного объекта именно разрешение на строительство является документом, подтверждающим соответствие проектной документации требованиям, установленным проектом планировки территории и проектом межевания территории.

This includes verification of compliance. Application of the specified technical regulations in work of the expert will promote safety requirements at design and construction of linear objects. In the implementation of construction and reconstruction of the linear object is a building permit is a document confirming the compliance of the project documentation requirements established by the project area planning and land surveying project.
