В статье рассматриваются основные факторы формирования устойчивого развития региона, проводится анализ существующих компонентов, влияющих на устойчивое развитие. Выделены ключевые аспекты, рассмотрено влияние экологического фактора на изменения в региональном развитии. Изучены позитивные и негативные стороны решения ситуации с помощью применения опыта государственно-частного партнерства. Приведены плюсы и минусы государственно-частного партнерства, обобщена практика применения ГЧП в странах мира.

The article discusses the main factors for the formation of the region’s sustainable development, analyzes the existing components affecting sustainable development. The key aspects are highlighted, the influence of the environmental factor on changes in regional development is considered. We studied the positive and negative aspects of solving the situation by applying the experience of public-private partnership. The pros and cons of public-private partnerships are given, the practice of using PPPs in countries around the world is summarized.
