Глобальное потепление климата привело к возрастающим стратегическим и деловым ценностям Арктики. В Китае долгое время исследования проводились по стратегии развития Арктики с плодотворными достижениями, однако прагматические исследования только начались. В статье исследуются и обсуждаются прецедентные условия для китайских предприятий инвестировать в Арктику России, включая инфраструктуру, финансирование, транспорт, политику, климат, культуру и условия жизни и т.д., с тем, чтобы выдвинуть возможные варианты их прогрессивного развития в рамках фактической деятельности китайско-российского сотрудничества.

The global climate warming has led to ever increasing strategic and business values of the Arctic Ocean. It has been long since the research was carried out on the Arctic Ocean strategy and rule, with fruitful achievements. However, pragmatic research has just begun. From the perspective of enterprise investment, the paper compares successes and failures of Russian special economic zones, investigates and discusses precedent conditions for Chinese enterprises to invest the Arctic zone, including infrastructure, financing, transportation, policy, climate, culture and living conditions, so as to put forward feasible schemes and push the development progress of the actual operation of Sino-Russia cooperation.
