В данной статье рассматривается проектная методология в органах исполнительной власти, декларируемая постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 31 октября 2018 г. № 1288 «Об организации проектной деятельности в Правительстве Российской Федерации». Внимание сфокусировано на отдельных фазах жизненного цикла проекта, предложена сводная группировка инструментов в разрезе функциональных областей, которая в соответствии с принятой методологией управления проектами в органах исполнительной власти может быть использована в процессе управления проектами.

The article discusses the project methodology in the executive authorities declared by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2018 № 1288 "On the organization of project activities in the Government of the Russian Federation." Attention is focused on the individual phases of the project life cycle, a summary grouping of tools in the context of functional areas, which in accordance with the adopted methodology of project management in the Executive authorities can be used in the process of project management.
