В статье анализируется значение устойчивого развития, как важного фактора для поступательного, приемлемого роста народнохозяйственного комплекса территории, что помогает сохранить высокую занятость и жизненный уровень населения. Рассматривается стратегическое управление, как основной механизм повышения инвестиционной привлекательности территории, его роль в формировании благоприятного инвестиционного климата, создания необходимых условий ведения бизнеса в отдельном муниципальном образовании Российской Федерации. Предлагается комплекс конкретных стратегических действий и управленческих решений на основе отечественного и зарубежного опыта. Приводятся рекомендации.

The article analyzes the importance of sustainable development as an important factor for the progressive, acceptable growth of the national economic complex of the territory, which helps to maintain high employment and living standards of the population. Strategic management is considered as the main mechanism for increasing the investment attractiveness of the territory, its role in the formation of a favorable investment climate, creating the necessary conditions for doing business in a separate municipality of the Russian Federation. A set of specific strategic actions and management decisions based on domestic and foreign experience is proposed. Recommendations are given.
