Тема формирования адаптивных форм поддержки женского предпринимательства становится наиболее актуальной в современных условиях уменьшения доли активного населения и повышения пенсионного возраста. В статье исследуются вопросы женского предпринимательства, выявляются мотивы и факторы, сдерживающие развитие женского бизнеса. Уточняются формы поддержки малого женского предпринимательства исходя из гендерных различий. Разрабатываются мероприятия по совершенствованию государственной поддержки женского предпринимательства, которые могут быть заложены в дорожную карту по реализации Национальной стратегии действий в интересах женщин на 2017-2022 годы.

The theme of the formation of adaptive forms of support for women's entrepreneurship is becoming the most relevant in modern conditions of reducing the share of the active population and raising the retirement age. The article investigates the issues of women's entrepreneurship, identifies the motives and factors hindering the development of women's business. The forms of support for small women's entrepreneurship are specified on the basis of gender differences. Measures are being developed to improve state support for women's entrepreneurship, which can be included in the road map for the implementation of the National strategy for action for women for 2017-2022.
