    <p>В данной статье рассмотрены различные подходы к определению понятия организации труда руководителя, основные аспекты и отличительные черты организации личного труда в контексте управленческой деятельности. Также описан процесс нормирования труда, выделены его приоритетные факторы и разобрана методика, содействующая реализации процесса нормирования - фотография рабочего дня.</p>
