В статье рассматривается проблема оформления права муниципальной собственности линейных объектов. В процессе изучения нормативно-правовой базы в сфере разграничения земель, кадастрового учета и оформления права муниципальной собственности линейных объектов выявлено, что при формировании земельного участка для размещения линейных сооружений вся земля делится на несколько участков, чаще всего многоконтурных. Владельцами таких участков являются разные субъекты земельных отношений с различными видами права. Кроме того, в процессе такого деления нередко выявляются наложения и частичное совпадение границ.

The article deals with the problem of registration of municipal property rights of linear objects. In the process of studying the legal framework in the field of land demarcation, cadastral registration and registration of municipal property rights of linear objects was revealed that the formation of land for the placement of linear structures of the entire land is divided into several sections, often multi-contour.
