В статье проанализирована методология оценки воздействия на компоненты окружающей природной среды и человека при территориальной организации объектов инфраструктуры утилизации твердых коммунальных отходов (ТКО), выделены наиболее значимые факторы воздействия, выявлены проблемы, связанные с рациональным использованием земельных участков при размещении таких объектов, сделан вывод о необходимости сбора, обобщения и анализа данных мониторинга состояния окружающей среды в зоне влияния таких объектов, подчеркнута необходимость использования экономических механизмов для снятия социального напряжения в местах размещения объектов инфраструктуры утилизации ТКО.

The article analyzes the methodology for assessing the impact on the components of the environment and human beings in the territorial organization of the infrastructure of solid municipal waste (MSW) utilization, identifies the most significant impact factors, identifies problems associated with the rational use of land in the placement of such objects, concludes the need for collection, compilation and analysis of environmental monitoring data in the area of influence of such objects, the necessity of the use of economic mechanisms to relieve social tension in the places of placement of the infrastructure of recycling of MSW is emphasized.
