Устойчивое и бесперебойное продовольственное обеспечение населения во многом определяется развитостью многоукладной сферы агробизнеса, для гармоничного функционирования которого необходим баланс крупных и малых бизнес-структур. Субъекты малого аграрного предпринимательства находятся в наиболее уязвимой группе, они подвержены влиянию экономической и рыночной турбулентности. В то же время обращает на себя внимание зависимость сельских территорий и их населения от развитости сферы малого агробизнеса, которая выступает стабилизирующим фактором. Это позволяет с системных позиций аргументировать жизненную необходимость поддержки субъектов малого аграрного предпринимательства для обеспечения социально-экономической жизнестойкости сельского континуума и сферы продовольственного снабжения. В этой связи автором рассмотрены проблемы формирования и функционирования структур малого агробизнеса и предложен ряд направлений по их устранению.

Subjects of small agricultural business are in the most vulnerable group, they are subject to the influence of economic and market turbulence. At the same time, the dependence of rural areas and their population on the development of the small agribusiness sector, which is a stabilizing factor, draws attention to itself. This makes it possible from a systemic position to argue the vital need to support small businesses to ensure the socio-economic viability of the rural continuum and the food supply sector. In this regard, the author reviewed the problems of formation and functioning of small agribusiness structures and proposed a number of ways to eliminate them.
