В статье приводится авторская трактовка принципов определения арендной платы за пользование земельными участками, находящимися в государственной собственности, утвержденных Постановлением Правительства РФ от 16 июля 2009 г. N 582, предложены новые принципы, учитывающие актуальные задачи управления государственным имуществом и приведены рекомендации по их использованию при разработке отсутствующей в настоящее время официальной методики расчета арендной платы.

The article presents the author's interpretation of the principles for determining the rent for the use of land plots owned by the state, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 582 of July 16, 2009, offers new principles that take into account the actual problems of state property management and provides recommendations for use of these principles in the development of currently missing official rental calculation method.
